Dr. Sa'id Kori Legacy Forum
Patrons • Friends • Mentees — united to preserve and extend the impact of Dr. Sa'id Alkali Kori.
The Dr. Sa'id Kori Legacy Forum was established on the occasion of a maiden Colloquium held in honour of Dr. Sa'id Alkali Kori — "The Legend at 39: A Life of Purpose, A Legacy of Impact" — held at the ThinkLab Group Headquarters, Abuja, on 2nd July 2026.
The Forum's members are, first and foremost, Dr. Kori's mentees, beneficiaries, and admirers — the living products of his mentorship, the beneficiaries of his generosity, and witnesses to his unwavering commitment to building a better Nigeria. Many were personally touched by his kindness when he facilitated scholarships and careers for them — architects, engineers, entrepreneurs, academics, and leaders in their own right, all because he believed in them when they were just starting out.
The Forum exists to preserve this legacy: through an annual colloquium, through published compendia and communiqués documenting Dr. Kori's life and impact, and through an ongoing community of mentorship that carries his example of purpose-driven leadership forward for the next generation.
“A true leader is not the one with the most followers, but the one who creates the most leaders.”
Convening patrons, friends, mentees, and the wider community each year to honour Dr. Kori's ongoing impact.
Publishing an annual record of achievements, testimonials, and legacy — a living document, growing edition by edition.
Continuing Dr. Kori's practice of investing in young Nigerians — scholarships, career facilitation, and hands-on mentorship.
Extending Dr. Kori's philanthropic work — disaster relief, professional development, and support for institutions.
